Description

Kotose, the Silent Spider (PNEO-228p prerelease stamp) is a legendary Human Ninja creature from Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty Promos. When Kotose enters the battlefield you exile a nonbasic land card from an opponent’s graveyard and may exile any number of cards with that name from their graveyard, hand, and library; while you control Kotose you may play one of those exiled cards and may spend mana as though it were any color to cast it. The ability is limited to one exiled card played and stops applying if Kotose leaves control or the battlefield, and any additional copies remain exiled if you don’t play them.
