Description

Kaito Shizuki (PNEO-226) is a legendary Planeswalker in blue and black from the Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty promo set. He phases out at the beginning of your end step if he entered that turn, has a +1 draw-and-discard that is conditional on attacking, a −2 that creates an unblockable 1/1 blue Ninja token, and a −7 emblem that tutors blue or black creatures to the battlefield when your creatures deal combat damage to a player. His phasing behavior removes him and attached Auras from the battlefield temporarily and returns with the same loyalty counters during your untap step.
