Description

Kaito Shizuki (PNEO-226p foil) is a legendary Planeswalker in the blue–black color identity from the Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty Promos set. He has loyalty abilities that let you draw and discard, create an unblockable 1/1 blue Ninja token, and a −7 emblem that tutors a blue or black creature to the battlefield when your creature deals combat damage to a player. Kaito also has a built-in phasing trigger that makes him phase out at the beginning of your end step if he entered that turn, which affects his timing and interaction with other effects.
