It has Ninjutsu {2}{B} to swap into combat and enters with a menace counter that can be removed by its triggered ability after it deals combat damage to a player. Removing the menace counter causes that player to reveal their hand and lets you exile a nonland card from it, providing hand disruption and a combat-based payoff.
