As the creature face, it exiles creatures from opponents' hands on entry and can pay X to become a copy of an exiled creature with mana value X. As the planeswalker face, it gains an emblem letting you play cards exiled by that Tibalt and has loyalty abilities that exile cards and remove graveyards while providing red mana at its ultimate.
