As Valki it exiles creature cards revealed from opponents' hands when it enters and can pay X to become a copy of an exiled creature with mana value X. As Tibalt the back face grants an emblem that lets you play cards exiled by that Tibalt and offers loyalty abilities that exile cards from libraries and other zones to fuel the emblem.
