They may cast that card without paying its mana cost. Then they put the exiled cards on the bottom of their library in a random order.

Tibalt's Trickery (KHM 360) is a red instant from the Kaldheim set that interacts with a target spell and the opponent's library. It counters the targeted spell and then makes its controller mill 1–3 cards at random before exiling from their library until a nonland card with a different name than the countered spell is exiled, which they may cast without paying its mana cost. The card can be used both as disruption by countering and as card-advantage or chaos by potentially giving the opponent a free cast of a different card.
