Whenever a permanent an opponent controls is put into a graveyard from the battlefield, put a +1/+1 counter on Sarulf. At the beginning of your upkeep, if Sarulf has one or more +1/+1 counters on it, you may remove all of them. If you do, exile each other nonland permanent with mana value less than or equal to the number of counters removed this way.

Sarulf, Realm Eater (KHM 330, Foil) is a legendary creature — Wolf from the Kaldheim set that costs {1}{B}{G} and is a 3/3. It gains +1/+1 counters whenever an opponent's permanent is put into a graveyard from the battlefield and can remove all those counters at upkeep to exile each other nonland permanent with mana value less than or equal to the number removed. As a removal-driven threat, it functions as a board-control finisher that can trade its own counters for mass exile and can die as part of the exchange while still exiling opposing permanents.
