Whenever a permanent an opponent controls is put into a graveyard from the battlefield, put a +1/+1 counter on Sarulf. At the beginning of your upkeep, if Sarulf has one or more +1/+1 counters on it, you may remove all of them. If you do, exile each other nonland permanent with mana value less than or equal to the number of counters removed this way.

Sarulf, Realm Eater (KHM 228) is a Legendary Creature — Wolf from the Kaldheim expansion that costs {1}{B}{G}. It grows whenever an opponent’s permanent goes to the graveyard by getting +1/+1 counters and can at your upkeep remove all those counters to exile each other nonland permanent with converted mana cost less than or equal to the number of counters removed. This creates a build-and-bust control plan where Sarulf accumulates counters through opponents’ deaths then trades itself off to clear multiple opposing permanents.
