Rune of Speed (KHM 148, foil) is a red Enchantment — Aura Rune from Kaldheim. It draws a card when it enters the battlefield and grants the enchanted permanent +1/+0 and haste if that permanent is a creature. It instead grants an equipped creature +1/+0 and haste while attached to an Equipment, allowing flexible targets including noncreature permanents that may later become creatures.
