Rune of Speed (KHM 148) is a red Enchantment — Aura Rune from the Kaldheim set that enchants a permanent. It draws a card when it enters the battlefield and grants +1/+0 and haste to an enchanted creature, or grants the same bonus to the equipped creature while enchanting an Equipment. The card can be attached to noncreature permanents like Vehicles and will provide its effects if that permanent later becomes a creature.
