It has an activated ability for {2}, {T}, and sacrificing a creature to search your library for a creature card that shares a creature type and has mana value equal to one more than the sacrificed creature, putting that card onto the battlefield and then shuffling. This effect lets you upgrade creatures on demand and can enable combo or tempo plays by fetching specific creatures from your deck.
