Dual Strike (KHM-132) is a red instant from the Kaldheim set that can be foretold for {R} and has a printed cost of {R}{R}. When you cast an instant or sorcery spell with mana value 4 or less that turn, Dual Strike copies that spell and allows you to choose new targets for the copy. The card supports tempo and value plays by enabling either an immediate two-mana copy or a cheaper foretold copy later in the game.
