Boreal Outrider (KHM 163) is a Snow Creature — Elf Warrior from Kaldheim. It triggers whenever you cast a creature spell and, if snow mana of a matching color was spent to cast that spell, causes that creature to enter with an additional +1/+1 counter. Multiple Outriders each trigger separately, so several copies can grant multiple counters to the same entering creature.
