Bind the Monster (KHM-48) is a common Enchantment — Aura from Kaldheim that enchants a creature. When it enters the battlefield it taps the enchanted creature and you lose life equal to that creature’s power. The enchanted creature also doesn’t untap during its controller’s untap step, making it a cheap way to temporarily lock down an opponent’s blocker or attacker.
