Whenever a permanent an opponent controls is put into a graveyard from the battlefield, put a +1/+1 counter on Sarulf. At the beginning of your upkeep, if Sarulf has one or more +1/+1 counters on it, you may remove all of them. If you do, exile each other nonland permanent with mana value less than or equal to the number of counters removed this way.

Sarulf, Realm Eater (PKHM-228p prerelease stamp) is a legendary Wolf creature from the Kaldheim Promos set. It gains +1/+1 counters whenever an opponent's permanent is put into a graveyard from the battlefield and can remove all counters at the beginning of your upkeep to exile each other nonland permanent with converted mana cost less than or equal to the number removed. This card functions as a removal engine and a growing threat by turning opponents' sacrifices or death triggers into incremental size and occasional mass exile.
