At the beginning of your upkeep you may cast a permanent spell from your hand whose mana value equals one plus the greatest mana value among other permanents you control without paying its mana cost, otherwise you scry 1. This card enables late-game value turns by letting you cheat in larger permanents based on what you already control, or provides incremental card selection when you can't or choose not to cast a spell.
