Draugr Necromancer (PKHM 86p) is a Snow Creature — Zombie Cleric from the Kaldheim Promos set. It exiles nontoken creatures an opponent controls as they would die with ice counters and lets you cast spells from among those exiled opponent-owned cards while allowing snow mana to be spent as any color for those casts. The card supports graveyard-disruption and toolbox-style effects by providing access to opponents’ removed threats as spells you can cast.
