Crippling Fear (PKHM-82p) is a black sorcery from the Kaldheim Promos set that forces you to choose a creature type. As it resolves, all creatures that do not have the chosen type get -3/-3 until end of turn. This effect only applies to creatures on the battlefield when the spell resolves and does not retroactively affect creatures that enter later or change types afterward.
