Cosmos Charger (PKHM-51p) is a rare creature — Horse Spirit from the Kaldheim Promos set. It has Flash and Flying and grants a static ability that reduces the cost to Foretell cards from your hand by {1} (and lets you Foretell any time you have priority while it’s on the battlefield). Its foretell-reduction effect stacks once with a second Charger and interacts with the normal foretell timing and casting rules rather than changing how the card itself is foretold.
