It triggers when you cast creature spells, dealing 4 damage to any target if the creature's power is 4–6 and dealing 4 damage to each opponent and each creature and planeswalker they control if the creature's power is 7 or greater. Its triggered abilities are checked as you finish paying costs and resolve before the creature spell does, and they trigger even if that spell is countered.
