Wavesifter (J21-726) is a Creature — Elemental from Jumpstart: Historic Horizons with flying. When it enters the battlefield it instructs you to investigate twice, creating two Clue artifact tokens you can later sacrifice for card draw. It also has evoke for G U, letting you cast it for its evoke cost to get the enter-the-battlefield triggers at the cost of sacrificing it immediately.
