Mind Rake (J21-357) is a black sorcery reprinted in Jumpstart: Historic Horizons. It makes a target player discard two cards, or if cast for its overload cost, forces each player to discard two cards instead. The overload option lets it act as a symmetrical mass-discard effect, which can both disrupt opponents and affect your own hand management.
