It has haste-like evasion because it can't be blocked and an enter-the-battlefield trigger that returns a creature you control to its owner's hand. This bounce effect can be used to reuse enter-the-battlefield abilities or protect creatures, though it is mandatory and may return itself if no other creatures are available.
