Mist of Stagnation (JUD-48) is a Rare Enchantment from Judgment. It stops permanents from untapping during their controllers' untap steps while letting each player at their upkeep untap a number of permanents equal to cards in their graveyard. Debuted in the Judgment expansion of the Odyssey block in 2002.
