Whenever it deals combat damage to a player it explores, revealing the top card of your library and either putting a land into your hand or placing a +1/+1 counter on the creature and leaving or discarding the revealed nonland. Its role is aggressive and incremental growth: it provides a 4/3 body for four mana that can become larger and dig for lands when it hits an opponent.
