As an artifact it reduces the generic cost of your instant and sorcery spells and gains charge counters whenever you cast one, allowing it to transform after enough spells are cast. As the transformed Primal Wellspring it taps for any color and creates a delayed triggered ability that copies an instant or sorcery if that mana is spent to cast it, enabling additional spell copy loops and value.
