Urza's Filter (INV-318, Rare foil) is an artifact from the Invasion expansion. It gives multicolored spells a static cost reduction of {2}, lowering the casting cost of any spell that has more than one color. This makes it a mana-smoothing tool in decks that consistently cast multicolored spells by improving their tempo and curve.
