Tsabo's Web (INV 317) is a rare artifact from the Invasion expansion. When it enters the battlefield you draw a card, and it prevents lands with non-mana activated abilities from untapping during their controllers' untap steps. This effect taxes opponent utility lands and permanents with activated abilities, changing how opponents plan to use those resources.
