Armored Guardian (INV 230) is a creature — Cat Soldier from the Invasion expansion. It has two activated protective abilities: pay {1}{W}{W} to give a controlled creature protection from a chosen color until end of turn, and pay {1}{U}{U} to grant itself shroud until end of turn. These abilities let it both protect allies from targeted removal and make itself untargetable in response to threats, supporting a control or protection role in blue-white decks.
