Agonizing Demise (INV 92) is a common black instant from the Invasion set. It destroys a target nonblack creature and prevents regeneration, and if its kicker was paid it deals damage equal to that creature's power to that creature's controller. It uses the Kicker mechanic to add a damage trigger, making it both removal and potential direct-damage in decks that can pay the extra cost.
