Siren's Call (CEI-78) is a blue Instant from the International Collectors' Edition. It forces creatures the active player controls to attack that turn if able and later destroys non-Wall creatures they controlled that didn't attack, with exceptions for creatures not controlled continuously since the turn began. This card can function as a tempo or punishment tool by forcing unfavorable attacks and then removing attackers that were unable or chose not to attack.
