Library of Leng (CEI 258) is an Artifact printed in the International Collectors' Edition set. It removes your maximum hand size and lets you place cards that would be discarded on top of your library instead of into your graveyard. Because the ability replaces discards rather than preventing them, it still triggers discard-based effects and can be used to sculpt future draws.
