Forcefield (CEI-244) is a Rare Artifact from the International Collectors' Edition. For {1} you can activate it to make the next time a chosen unblocked creature would deal combat damage to you this turn be reduced so you take only 1 of that damage. A 2004 ruling clarifies it cannot be used to reduce damage dealt by a blocked creature with trample.
