Trepanation Blade (ISD-235 foil) is an Equipment artifact from the Innistrad set. Whenever the equipped creature attacks, the defending player mills cards from their library until they reveal a land, the creature gets +1/+0 for each card revealed this way, and all revealed cards (including that land) go to that player’s graveyard. It has Equip 2, making it cheap to attach and useful for incremental power boosts and deck-disruption effects.
