Cackling Counterpart (ISD-46) is a rare blue Instant from Innistrad that creates a token that's a copy of target creature you control. It also has Flashback for {5}{U}{U}, letting you cast it from your graveyard for that alternative cost and then exile it. The token copies the printed characteristics of the chosen creature and can trigger enter-the-battlefield abilities but won’t copy attachments, counters, or temporary effects.
