Memory Deluge (INR 361) is a blue Instant from Innistrad Remastered that lets you look at the top X cards of your library, where X equals the mana actually spent to cast it. When it resolves you put two of those cards into your hand and the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order. It also has Flashback for {5}{U}{U}, allowing it to be cast again from your graveyard for that alternate cost before being exiled.
