As Mayor of Avabruck it gives other Human creatures you control +1/+1 and can transform if no spells were cast last turn, while Howlpack Alpha boosts other Werewolf or Wolf creatures and creates 2/2 green Wolf tokens at your end step. The card supports tribal strategies by buffing Humans on one face and Wolves/Werewolves on the other, enabling either token generation or anthem effects depending on its transformed state.
