When you cast it you gain control of target opponent during that player's next turn and that player then takes an extra turn after that; it also has flying, trample, and protection from instants. Its casting cost is reduced by {1} for each card type among cards in your graveyard, potentially making it much cheaper to cast in decks built to fill the graveyard.
