Its front face mills a card at the beginning of your upkeep and transforms if an instant or sorcery is milled, and the back face is a stronger flying creature. Its role is tempo and card-interaction in blue decks that can benefit from self-mill, transformation synergies, or instant/sorcery graveyard interactions.
