Sludge Monster (MID-76) is a Rare Creature — Horror from the Innistrad: Midnight Hunt expansion. It places slime counters on another creature when it enters or attacks and causes non-Horror creatures with slime counters to lose all abilities and become base 2/2s. This effect applies to any non-Horror creature with slime counters regardless of how the counters got there, and it stops affecting a creature if it becomes a Horror.
