Whenever it enters or attacks you may put a slime counter on up to one other target creature, and non-Horror creatures with slime counters lose all abilities and have base power and toughness 2/2. Its ongoing effect applies to any non-Horror creature that has slime counters, not only those targeted by its triggered ability, and if a creature becomes a Horror the suppression ends.
