When it resolves, it creates a red Elemental token with trample whose power and toughness are each equal to the number of instant and sorcery cards in your graveyard plus the number of cards with flashback you own in exile. It also has Flashback for {6}{R}, letting you cast it from your graveyard once by paying that alternate cost and then exiling it.
