The front face adds R or G when it attacks and uses Daybound/Nightbound to govern transforming, while the back face gives other Wolves and Werewolves you control +1/+1 and provides the same attack-triggered mana ability. In decks it serves as a mana-smoothing attacker that can become a lords-style anthem for tribal Wolf/Werewolf strategies when transformed.
