It destroys a target artifact, enchantment, or land and then lets the destroyed land's controller search for up to two basic lands (or one if no land was destroyed), and it has Flashback for {3}{R}{G}. Its role is as a removal spell that can also function as graveyard value via flashback and provides incidental ramp/compensation to the opponent when lands are destroyed.
