Curse of Surveillance (MID-334) is an Enchantment — Aura Curse from Innistrad: Midnight Hunt. It enchants a player and at the beginning of that player's upkeep lets the controller choose any number of other players to each draw cards equal to the number of Curses attached to the enchanted player. The controller of the Curse chooses the targets for the trigger, allowing them to direct the card-draw effect (including targeting themselves if the Curse is on another player).
