Curse of Surveillance (MID-334, Rare) is an Enchantment — Aura Curse from Innistrad: Midnight Hunt that enchants a player. At the beginning of the enchanted player's upkeep, the controller may have any number of other target players each draw cards equal to the number of Curses attached to that player. The controller chooses the targets for the triggered ability regardless of which player the Curse is attached to, enabling self-targeting or political effects in multiplayer.
