The front face has first strike and ward {1}, and it carries Disturb {3}{W} so you may cast it transformed from your graveyard. The back face, Chapel Shieldgeist, has flying and first strike, grants ward {1} to each creature you control, and is exiled if it would be put into a graveyard.
