When it enters the battlefield you may pay {2}{R} any number of times to put that many +1/+1 counters on it and exile up to that many instant or sorcery cards with mana value 3 or less from your graveyard, copying them so you may cast the copies without paying their mana costs. With haste and scalable counters plus spell recursion, it can serve as an aggressive threat that also generates immediate card advantage or spell value for red decks.
