Bereaved Survivor // Dauntless Avenger (MID-4) is a two-faced white creature that transforms from a 2/1 Human Peasant into a 3/2 Human Soldier. The front face transforms when another creature you control dies, and the back face returns a creature card with mana value 2 or less from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped and attacking whenever it attacks. It functions as a value engine for aggro or midrange decks that sacrifice or recur small creatures and benefits attacking plans by reanimating blockers or key utility creatures.
